Kaenon Polarized provides our customers with service at the same level of excellence that we put into our products. Below we have detailed our domestic return policy and domestic warranty policy along with the information necessary to contact us. For our International Warranty or Return Policy, please contact your Authorized Distributor or contact Kaenon Polarized for specific details.

Domestic Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your receipt of shipment.  Kaenon Polarized will provide credit of the purchase price of the items returned, not including the transit costs incurred during the initial shipment to the customer.  Any returned item must be in its original condition and in its original retail packaging.  Returned items must be accompanied with your Invoice or other proof of purchase.  Kaenon Polarized recommends shipping your return via a parcel service that allows you to insure and track your shipment; Kaenon Polarized will not be responsible for any returned item lost in transit to our offices.

Any item purchased from an authorized Kaenon Polarized dealer must be returned to the place of purchase.

Domestic Warranty Policy

All Kaenon Polarized eyewear are warranted against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, at Kaenon's discretion, for one year from date of purchase. Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from an authorized Kaenon Polarized dealer. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.

To make a warranty claim during the warranty period, securely pack your Kaenon Polarized eyewear (RA# must be written on outside of shipping carton), along with original proof of purchase, information containing your name, return address, telephone number, a brief note describing the damage to your Kaenon Polarized eyewear and how it was caused. Kaenon is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to insure your eyewear. Ship the entire package to:
