After a stellar junior career, Brain took his talents to the University of Florida. As a Gator, he earned three first team All-SEC and two first team All-American honors. He was a member of the victorious 1993 United States Walker Cup Team.

As a professional. Brain’s consistency has earned him over $11million to date in career earnings. Although close many times in his 10 plus years on the PGA Tour, Brian earned his maiden victory at the 2008 Mayakoba Classic. 2009 has turned out to be his best year yet, with two PGA wins, the Verizon Heritage in April where he won by 10 and recently the St. Jude Classic Presented by FedEx, where he won by 5 in June. The St. Jude win qualified him for the 2009 U.S. Open at Bethpage Black and makes him the fifth player with two wins on tour this year, joining Mickelson, Zach Johnson, Geoff Ogilvy and Tiger Woods.
