We immediately send each order to our distribution center to begin processing and preparing it for shipment. We move as fast as possible, so we cannot change or cancel anything on your order. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We do offer free 30-day returns and exchanges to accommodate any changes you wish to make. Discounted orders are excluded from returns and exchanges.
We will send you an email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number to follow your shipment from our distribution center to your front door. When you receive your order, you can begin the return or exchange by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Yes, all of our SR-91® and SR-91 ULTRA™ lenses are polarized.
Kaenon offers replacement lenses on select styles. We guarantee our SR-91 lenses for life against cracked and split lenses at drill-mounts or delamination of the inner polarizing film and lens material. Our lifetime warranty excludes the outer lens coatings. Our warranty explicitly excludes product altered after purchase, damage from normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use, and scratched lenses.
If your warranty is valid, we will replace it with a new pair. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a repair service.

4. Photo of the defect
5. Proof of Purchase (if available)

Once we have received a response with the above information we will begin to process your warranty claim. We appreciate your patience during this process. ULTRA™ provides even greater color separation, sharper contrast and more depth than our standard SR-91® polarized sunglasses.
SR-91® Lenses:
We offer a lifetime warranty on its SR-91® lenses specifically covering cracking or splitting of the lens at drill-mounts, or delamination of the inner polarizing film and the lens material. This lifetime warranty specifically excludes product altered after purchase and damage caused by normal wear and tear including; scratched lenses, damage to lens coatings, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use. Please note; outer lens coatings are specifically NOT included as part of the Lifetime Warranty.
Rx Lens Warranty:
We will cover manufacturer defects on the frame and lens for one year from the original date of purchase. This covers the anti-glare coatings, mirror coatings. Replacements for defects are considered at Kaenon’s discretion.
Rx Frame Warranty:
We carefully review any warranties that may be considered a manufacturer’s defect and will be replaced or repaired up to one year from the original date of purchase at Kaenon’s discretion.
