"A Life Outside" with Olympic Sailor Charlie Buckingham

Charlie Buckingham fell in love with the ocean at a young age because of surfing and sailing. When he started sailing, his competitive drive came-out and he knew he was born to be an Olympian. Nothing brings more joy to Charlie than being able to represent his country at the highest level in his sport. He understands the importance of having the proper eyewear equipment when he’s competing and knows Kaenon gives him a competitive advantage over his competition. 

 

In this episode of A Life Outside, we hear form Charlie why he fell in-love with the ocean and what it means to compete at the highest level in sailing. Charlie’s dedication to sailing is going to lead him back to the Olympics in 2021.
